Corporate Coaching is the process of helping individuals or groups within an organization identify, develop, and maximize their talent and potential in the organization. It aims to distinguish the employee’s strengths and areas for improvement to achieve their goals. It follows a four-step process: assessment, goal setting, action planning, and implementation.
